Great task management platform. Great freemium version!
Comments: Overall Bitrix24 has been great for my business. Having a place to see all the tasks, assign to employees and follow up on the work has really saved me time and money!
Pros:
For task management it's FREE, it's easy to set up, it's easy to use.
Cons:
There are many features that I haven't had the chance to use because it would require me to take some time to review it, test, and implement with the team.

We use Bitrix24 because is good
Comments: We developed Bitrix24 in our company, we adapt it to our process, it was a seamless implementation process because Bitrix is very flexible. We managed to sale 35% more in the first year, thanks to this platform.
Pros:
Flexibility, adaptability, it has a lot of tools and a strong api directory.
Cons:
It does not have multiple steps automated campaigns.
Alternatives Considered: HubSpot Marketing Hub, Zoho CRM, Asana and HubSpot CRM
Reasons for Switching to Bitrix24: Because it is very complete, it is not an ERP, but it gets close to it and it is affordable.

My humble opinion as a beginner
Comments: I worked at marketing agency as an HR and executive assistant. All the processes were under my supervision. We had several sections. Sales, HR, trainings, and company drive. We mainly use to keep our sales stages and he stages. Unfortunately we don't generate any documents, though I know it's possible. So the main advantages of this CRM were out of our operations. And it is costly I think
Pros:
I have been working with bitrix24 over a year. To be honest it was my first time to work with CRM. As a management tool to simplify many processes I did like it. Also drive option on corporate and individual level to store your files. Bitrix 24 offers many options, but it's a little complicated. Existing chat feature that allows to creat any group or meeting chats, to make it confidential is great. To limit opportunities vor B and A level employees is also a good option in operation. Also I like task management features. Deadlines attendee observer Features. Unfortunately the company I worked with didn't use many features of this CRM to have greater benefit out of it: sales pipelines, documenting features. Overall for the beginner level I liked it.
Cons:
As a C level worker, I used all the features our company had an access. And the abundance of buttons and confirmation were too much. I didn't like to put save button at any turn.

Pros:
First that it has a free version to try and understand before buy it. Secondo, the fact that is a really good SaaS software, in just a minute you can deploy a CRM :)
Cons:
Interface is a little too complex and colorfull. it has few personalization option for me

Comments: great, ive been using it for years. ive tried a whole bunch of others, trello, asana, clickup, basecamp etc etc....
Pros:
all in one platform , we started with our business unit that is a marketing agency and will gradually expand its use to our business units.
Cons:
hoping for more integration with other platforms like APOLLO , or platforms for marketing, sales and data.
Alternatives Considered: Trello, Basecamp, ClickUp and Asana

POV Review on Bitrix24
Comments: Generally, I like it only for the functions that I really use and need, but really, I feel the pricing is a rip-off.
Pros:
Open Channels and messaging integrations with mostly all social media platforms and the website builder.
Cons:
I don't like the fact that I am forced to take and pay for plans that I don't even need most of the features simply because they are not applicable to my business operations. I hope that we can be allowed to tailor fit our plans so I can only select the features that I need and what I really use. I feel like I am wasting the value of money I pay because there are lots of features that I really don't need and don't want to use. I also hope that the Forms can be as diverse and customizable just like CognitoForms which is what I use for customer orders, I can't use the Bitrix24 Forms because it doesn't have the kind of flexibility of CognitoForms. CognitoForms is far more superior in this area.
Alternatives Considered: Salesforce.org Nonprofit Cloud, Asana and Operations Hub
Reasons for Choosing Bitrix24: Doesn't have Chat/Messaging integrations like that of Bitrix24.
Switched From: HubSpot CRM
Reasons for Switching to Bitrix24: Actively looking. Once I find a more price-competitive platform, I will switch at the end of my subscription.

Much done, but still much to improve
Comments: I would love to see a place where users can submit their ideas for developing the app - and others vote on these ideas. The ideas with the most votes would be introduced first. At the moment, I don't know at what stage my amendment is being submitted, when it will be introduced and if it will be at all (because maybe it only bothers me).
Pros:
Great flexibility in the programme and the ability to add your own functions to many modules.
Cons:
Poorly developed very basic functions that issue the basis for work. Holiday requests - does not count remaining holiday days Chat - it is not possible to change status to e.g.: homeoffice (as is the case with slack). No autosave in tasks. Mail client that is completely undeveloped.

A Versatile Tool for Both Companies and Clients
Comments: I use both the paid and free versions of Bitrix. For our company, we use the paid version, which offers very helpful and convenient automation features. My client uses the free version. Even though she is Korean and not fluent in English, I was able to teach her the basics of using Bitrix.
Pros:
It is very easy to use. Very user-friendly. I have already recommended it to my client who is a tattoo artist. And this is what we are not using to manage her customers.
Cons:
The desktop version, I don't know if it was me, I can't seem to find the CRM portion.
Alternatives Considered: Trello and ClickUp
Reasons for Switching to Bitrix24: For my client, the free version is very good. And very easy to use.

It is very simple to use, it has a lot of options but doesn't feel heavy

Not very user friendly
Comments: Some of our clients don't like Hubspot, or find it too expensive. They usually go for Bitrix or Zoho CRM. Bitrix is good, but adds too much overhead for us and additional stress.
Pros:
I liked that it had a lot of features to offer. We considered this product for a client of ours after they brought it to our attention. Doing integrations was painful as a lot of bugs happened in this system
Cons:
It's very user-friendly, but the design made it difficult for our client's employees to work on it and we had to bring in a Bitrix expert to do continuous training for them.
Alternatives Considered: Zoho CRM and HubSpot CRM
Reasons for Switching to Bitrix24: It was mostly cost for most of the customers that have decided to use it.

The overall experience is going well with us and with our clients.
Some minor changes might give us more flexibility with the clients.
Like TikTok integration , ability to connect more than 1 Meta ad account with Bitrix24.
Also in the automation part , if we can add some more tools to deal with the product section it will be better.

The on premise version and the customization of it.
Cons:
It doesn't support connecting more than 1 ad account on Meta and UTM parameters are not being sent from Meta to Bitrix24

Complex but worth it!
Comments: I had both good and bad experience with Bitrix24 so I could lean both ways. But even with it's complex ways Bitrix24 will help get you organized and transform your growing business in a thriving one.
Pros:
The chat features. Being able to communicate with employees easily and effectively and all together at once. Also, being able to track and watch the progress of my employees able me to help motivate and give the employees that needed a little extra attention got the attention they needed.
Cons:
Performance issues sometimes and issues when trying to use the mobile app.

All-in-one Management Tool
Comments: Overall, Bitrix24 did everything that our team needed, communication tool, time management, task management, leaves, etc.
Pros:
I like how it has a lot of functions and can be integrated with other tools, so it's a one-stop shop for everything we do for work.
Cons:
Since it has too many functions, some don't work as well as we want. It is also laggy and has many bugs (but maybe we have too many users).

Pros:
I like that Bitrix24 offers a lot of features under one roof from employee scheduling, task management, time tracking to CRM.

Bitrix a collaboration maste software
Comments: Overall Bitrix 24 has give us more spare time in order to think about a task and not losing time in useless meetings

Advancing in collaboration and project management with Bitrix24.
Comments: Bitrix24 is a fantastic digital workspace that allows us to work closely and collaboratively during our projects. It makes information sharing and communication pretty easy. It helps us to keep our project works very organized and perform all our duties within the timelines we have set.
Pros:
Bitrix24 has been a good and reliable solution to us and thats why we constantly use it to collaborate during our works mostly in projects. The support we get is exceptional and the team is very dedicated to ensure we solve our issues as quickly as possible. Communicating during projects is easy thanks to the video calls, online meetings and the instant messaging functions. We have also seen Bitrix24 keeping our files very safe.
Cons:
Bitrix24 is not very user-friendly to use and for us, we needed some training in the initial stages so as to learn how we can make the best use of its features.
Support have good knowleage

Great for Teams who collaborate
Pros:
I work with another administrator on alternate days, the Kannan boards allow us to track what each of us have done and the progress of particular projects. It's very visual and I really like the way that each separate project has a brief overview along with a number showing on the main kanban screen, so I can quickly see if activity has occurred on a particular project if the number has changed. Really useful for teams who are all interacting together.
Cons:
It took a little practice to get it working the way we wanted to, however, support we good, plenty of advice and we've got it working for us now.

An OK ERP platform if you have tech people on staff
Comments: After playing around with it for a while, we abandoned it.
Pros:
On the surface it seemed to be a good "ERP" for SMEs

Difficult learning curve, would have had to hire a consultant to set it up.

Comments: Beginning was great, but that's it - after using it for a while I realized it is not a good fit for my organization
Pros:
At first glance- Bitrix24 looks fresh, smart, and inviting. The pricing was reasonable.
Cons:
After starting using it I realized it was not as smooth as I thought. Many back-office issues, settings are sometimes a mess and pricing went up after a year. I also had privacy concerns.

Robust project management tool

Makes it easy to track project progress and assign tasks to team members. Shared calendar feature and automatic notifications ensure that everyone is aware of deadlines and priorities. Bitrix24 encourages collaboration among team members through chat features, video conferencing and the ability to share files and documents in real time. The platform enables automation of workflows and business processes, allowing office managers to focus on higher-value tasks.
Cons:
Although Bitrix24 offers a wide range of features, but some advanced features require paid subscriptions, which could be a drawback for companies with limited budgets.
Its time to move on

Theoretical this platform has much to offer but if one tries to use it one notice many issues.
Cons:
There are so many cons to this product I don't even know where to begin.The biggest thing is that the cost keeps increasing for the product and they don't even update the product with basic functions which are missing for years now. With every update they add things one doesn't need and the whole things gets more convoluted. Options are not to be found in a single section, they are spread all over the whole platform. Many pages exist to change options but there is no way to find them.Updates won't apply correctly leaving an outdated structure with deactivated features behind. What really gets me angry is, that there is no way to delete an account fully. One can just deactivate an account/user and they are still on your bitrix instance. You cant even delete your OWN account! Support wouldn't even help, they say that this feature is not included.They should be careful because its against GDPR to not delete user data including the account on request.The question arises on why they don't want you to delete your account. Its clearly not a technical issue.I had enough of this company. They have so much potential but they waste it all. They don't even care that i'm upset that I cant delete my/ employees accounts which left our non-profit. These accounts where created by me using our own email and domian.
