> **Pros**: It’s actual directed at the small world of aviation, whether your an instrument repair station, aircraft maintenance, manufacturer, or fleet owner this software can maintain all of your records with one entry across the board.

However it can be an overwhelming system so we trained on the system “offline” ran projects from start to finish and worked out keystroke procedures for every step before we actually used it for day to day operations.

> **Cons**: Customer service could use some work, just seems like “common sense” add-ons or quick fixes seem to never get implemented. Now having said that, when the gov’t randomly reformatted the 8130-3 tag pentagon immediately sent out an upgrade with the new tag included\!

> It’s been simply outstanding for the most parts, you simply need to learn the system and adapt and overcome.
