Simple, straightforward, lets you focus on the event

Comments: I've used a fair number of event apps, several of which are bespoke to the event. I've tended to find them fiddly to deploy, bloated with a poor user experience. What I liked about Just Attend was its simplicity and reliability which allowed me to focus on "just attending".

Pros:

Easy to install. Simple to navigate and use. Not bloated by event features that no one seems to use e.g. note taking...

Cons:

It did everything it said on the tin and so no negatives to report.

Unrivalled Event Platform

Comments: Just Attend was unlike any other event organisation platform I have used. It has so many features that make organising an event simple and fast. My time spent on the platform reduced due to the efficiency of the features, and everything I needed was available in a single snapshot.

Pros:

The features and user experience has been carefully crafted to ensure you can manage events fast and efficiently with every detail and action thought of. Unlike others on the market, using Just Attend made organising and planning our exhibitor presence at an event very simple. The layout was really clear and easy to navigate which eliminated the need for endless scrolling down a long list of different sections to find the one you are looking for. I really liked that as an exhibitor you have full control over any public-facing information from speaker sessions to your exhibitor bio. This removed the need to contact event organizers and the delays and chasing often associated. Our listings were published immediately and could be amended instantly when required. You use one platform for organising and capturing leads unlike others on the market which makes it simpler from start to finish in marketing but also for organising Sales Teams attending the event. Our leads were instantly available in our account unlike other tools. I have previously had to chase teams for these leads whereas with Just Attend, we could download the leads at any point. I have never seen an event platform as efficient as this before.

Cons:

No cons with Just Attend, I had a great experience.

Pros:

It was relativity easy to use and really had improved from last year. Had all the information that and easy to navigate.

Cons:

Found the booth registering allocated places for staff a little confusing to use / confirm the the places.

Just Attend is THE best conference\event management platform there is!

Comments: Just Attend is a platform that is built by a conference organizer for conference organizers. There is no better way to understand the needs of a conference/event management platform unless you actually have to run an event or conference. When help is needed or an issue comes up, Just Attend is very responsive. We simply couldn't do our conference nearly as efficiently without Just Attend. We use Call for Content, Ticket Sales, Agenda Building, Sesions Feedback, Exhibitor Management, Exhibitor Lead Generation, Room/Conference Wall Boards and Mobile App to name the main features we use. All those are built into the quoted cost.

Pros:

Just Attend took care of ALL our conference functions. It's difficult, especially for a tech conference to find a platform that can meet all your needs and then some... without costing a fortune.

Cons:

I'm really struggling to find something I don't like. I guess not having customizable URLs. But that honestly is a very minor issue for us.

Pros:

I just love having everything I need for my event in one system, before it was one for speaker, one for sessions, one for tickets, one for vendors - you get it. With Just Attend we have one system that support all of our system needs <3.

Cons:

It is still a fairly young product so there are still things to develop, but the Just Attend team is to attentive and will always help/consider developing what we are missing.

Stacks up against others with longer track records

Comments: I've used C-vent, which I really loved and I have to say I've been persuaded that Just Attend is equally powerful and has more value for the price point.

Pros:

Its well thought out by those who actually attend conferences while keeping the key needs of event organizers in mind.

Cons:

Both calendar notices and in app notices. During a busy conference, it does feel as though you're being "over" alerted.

Right right for managing at attendence

Comments: Any time that does what it says on the box is worth it. Just Attend does what it says and allowed me to focus on the event and easily find my next session or one I noted earlier and tagged it for watching. Just Attend is just right for the service is offers

Pros:

As a conference management tool its the easiest in finding your way with a logical approach to current and past events

Cons:

I have used the app at a few events and would like to be able to use a different colour profile for events. Not sure if an event can use their own branding but I find myself in the wrong event a few times. Probabaly user error :-)

Perfect platform to run a conference

Comments: I've been an end-user of many conference software platforms. All of my favorite conferences now run on Just Attend and it makes my life so much simpler. The overall experience as an end-user and speaker is always top class using the platform.

Pros:

Planning your agenda for the day is a breeze

Cons:

That not all conferences use it so I still have to deal with other legacy platforms for some backwards thinking events.

Comments: It's perfect. This is the conference organiser platform you've been looking for

Pros:

Such a great platform. I've used another conference organiser platform once and it was missing like 90% of the features I needed. Just Attend couldn't be more different. The developers have added everything you can think of and more. And just when you think it's perfect they add more stuff you didn't know you needed but soon can't do without. It's easy to use and everything is where you think it should be.

Cons:

I can't think of anything. Maybe add a mobile app. That said the mobile browser experience is fine

Feature rich, but very easy to use event app

Pros:

My profile and information is saved in the app for all events run via it, I can quickly update our exhibitor information show by show, assign the staff badges to everyone attending and they all have the app on their phones for registration and lead scanning. One-stop-shop and it all works as it should. Lovely stuff.

Cons:

I genuinely don't have anything to add here, just filling up the minimum character requirements.

Great, flexible tool

Comments: Great tool, exactly what I needed as an attendee at a an event

Pros:

It's easy to navigate. I really liked my ticket being available with one click from the home page. Then creating my agenda from the overall agenda was super easy. Having the directions on the home page to the event was super useful. I especially liked that when we had a fire alarm and all the sessions had to move by 30 minutes the app changed them automatically, making it easy to see when I needed to be later in the day.

Intuitive and comprehensive event management

Comments: Easy to use, did everything I needed it to without compromising usability. Look forward to seeing how the platform develops!

Pros:

It's easy to set up and navigate. As an exhibitor, it was easy to add profile information and links. I also particularly liked having a portal into all the information from the organisers rather than chasing through emails or opening multiple word docs to find what I wanted.

Cons:

As someone managing the administration for the event, it would be great if I could upload profile information for colleagues without them needing to.

A great app for events

Comments: A good overall experience - a generally smooth and easy to use platform

Pros:

It was a really easy to use system that had all my information in one place. It let me easily build and see a personalised schedule for the event.

Cons:

Some of the interfacing was a tiny bit counter intuitive to start with - but easy to use once worked out, which didn't take long. I understand the app is continually being developed and refined so I'm sure this will be smoothed out!

Pros:

Just Attend excels in helping organizers manage and run events from all aspects from event management, ease of use for attendees to easily browse sessions, schedule and session planning, speaker management, reporting and analytics. As an organiser I wanted to have everything I needed in one platform and Just Attend gives me everything.

Just Attend just works

Pros:

I've been a speaker and attendee at several events using this platform. It's a simple mobile app that is easy to use. I can see when my speaking slots are, agenda for the event, and tag sessions of interest to me to attend. It's also easy to switch between completely different events so I don't need to have multiple apps, 1 per event.

Cons:

I don't have any issues that come to mind.

Comments: It was simple and easy to use, so many platforms are confusing and you feel lost the whole time you are using it. Just Attend designed it with the end user in mind.

Pros:

As a sponsor we really liked the easy scanning and note taking ability. The ability to use your mobile device rather than some odd, dedicated scanner is huge.

As an exhibitor - very simple to create web profiles and handle lead generation. As an attendee - equally simply to build a personal agenda, connect with other attendees & exhibitors and get the most from a hectic event like Commsverse.

Comments: Very useful but looks like the app and the website were build at different times by different people. Not 100% consistent on what is showing and how it is showing. Aside from that point great tool for an event.

Loving Just Attend!

Comments: Great app, great interface, very intuitive for users. I have not used it as an organizer yet but that would be interesting to see the "back end" of it!

Pros:

Ease of use, great mobile app, intuitive design.

Cons:

Having a "speaker" view on the mobile so that I can see my own speaking session highlighted differently and also being able to schedule "non-session" appointments.
