Excellent Customer Service for Our Essential Platforms Integrations
Pros:
[sensitive content hidden], who handled our project, was an incredible professional. He was knowledgeable, thoughtful, dedicated, and a pleasure to work with. In his hands we went from feeling intimidated by the integration, to feeling confident in it. The software works as we need it to, most importantly. We went live a month ago and everything has performed as expected, with no major issues. We are using it to connect our Microsoft Dynamics Navision ERP system with our new Shopify site, syncing product data, inventory, orders, customers, transactions, etc. Though the pre-built connector APPSeCONNECT had for our ERP was pretty rudimentary, the APPSeCONNECT team was very happy and able to customize the connection to work for us. They were able to include all necessary business processes in the integration!
Cons:
Initial startup of the project dragged a bit, and it was hard to understand what was needed for things to get moving. In the first few weeks communication was slow, and a bit incomplete. However once we started work in earnest, communication improved completely. The email notifications from the AeC platform aren’t very helpful, as you can’t click into them to identify the cause of any errors. All they really do is make me anxious.
Wether an app nor easy.
Pros:
They market it as an easy standardized solution to connect Navision and Shopify. But it's a software development project without any structured process or standards. After months still no results besides some screen recordings which suggest it would work. No deadlines were met
Cons:
It's not an app to setup quickly and try it for free. It needs a complet customisation. There are no standards, not even in project management. The onboarding is pretty chaotic, we even came up with some documents to make it a bit more structured. After several missed milestones for many weeks, we still don't see and real working sync between Navision and Shopify. I don't know if it really works or if it's a scam but i definitely cannot recommend it and I'm sure a simple connection via FTP would have been much more efficient.

Pros:
One of the features that impresses me the most about AppseConnect is its exceptional customer service. Not only are they extremely attentive, but they also demonstrate remarkable efficiency in resolving any queries or issues that may arise. Their dedication and commitment to customer satisfaction are truly remarkable and make my experience with the platform even more rewarding.
Cons:
While there are many positive aspects to APPSeCONNECT, if I had to mention a downside, it would be the occasional complexity of the setup process. Despite comprehensive documentation and support, some users may find it challenging to configure certain integrations initially.

Comments: We were looking for a integration solution for on prem ERP with Salesforce, our integration requirement was not standard of the shelf solution. Appseconnect team clearly understood our requirement and delivered great solution within budget and time. All the way we have experienced great service from the team.
Pros:
1. Easily build integrations 2. Readily available integrations of major ERP, CRMA and Ecommerce platforms 3. Proactive support 4. Platform supports on prem as well as cloud applications
Cons:
1.If you are using other than the of the shelf integrations, need to spend time with APPSECONNECT team to clearly define the mappings and triggers.
Phenomenal Integration Solution
Pros:
Inexpensive compared to other companies. Top Tier Service. Lots of integration ability. If you can think of it, they can integrate it.

Shopify > Nav 2016 Order Sync
Pros:
The communication and professional delivery and development of our Shopify and Nav integration by Debangan at Appse. He never fails to deliver and is always prompt and answering queries and requests. Debangan delivered our 3rd integration project within just 4 hours once the scope had be defined.
Cons:
Price structure can be confusing. And had a few back-and-forths regarding onboarding fees. But we solved the issues promptly.

I like the flexibility and they are always there at our end to support and plan a head and search for solutions that fit us

Successful Integration between two complex systems
Comments: We hired AEC to integrate the amazon SC platform with our back-end SAP S4 Hana system and overall we are happy with the final, customized solution which has automated the transactional data feed from Amazon’s Seller Central platform to SAP, which is basically what we needed to accomplish. We recognize that it is a very complicated process and started the project with no prior experience with a webAPI. If there would have been more attention placed on the initial conversations on how the framing of the integration and the blueprinting process it may have saved time with the implementation. Our resident SAP expert had to step in to pull both sides together, ask a lot of questions that were difficult to answer not knowing the Amazon Seller Central data side.
Pros:
The team was very responsive, with a good attitude to problem solve.
Cons:
Project timeline was delayed most likely because we had to understand how to best match up the data points which could have been discussed in the blueprinting process.
Alternatives Considered:
APPSeCONNECT is magic in motion.
Comments: Absolutely wonderful overall. Great staff, great service, honest collaboration make for a truly unique experience.
Pros:
Aside from working directly with the programmer, [sensitive content hidden], the next best part was the ease in which things were spooled up and its consistent functionality.
Cons:
If I had to complain about one thing, it would be the login portal. I still need after logging in to removed everything to the right of *.com in the URL and refresh in order to bypass the setup screens and get right to the process flows.
APPSeCONNECT is very useful and successful for a 2-way sync between SAP B1 and Zoho CRM
Pros:
Being able to define sync processes with data transformation (and not only simple mappings) is the most important aspect for integration.
Cons:
The management portal has quite advanced capabilities, but a simpler interface could be easier for followint the integration processes and data.
Good service for integration solutions
Comments: Appseconnect is solving the integration between our ERP and an external selling platform, helping us not having to introduce orders manually.
Pros:
Amazing customer service with quick responses. Everything working as expectations.
Cons:
AppseConnect platform is a bit complex when you start using it.

The overall efficiency of the process. No question or request was too big to achieve

Trying to allocate time to our weekly meetings. In some cases, it was not necessary to have a meeting.
Great partners for a reliable implementation
Comments: The beginning was rough, with a miscommunication probably caused by us but ultimately resolved it with further reviews and adjustments. Good experience overall and the product came out great.
Pros:
They actively work with us and 3rd party consultants to implement our E-Commerce product. Even though we often came to them with additional change requests, everything was considered and worked around for an ideal outcome
Cons:
They were very adamant in working towards a timeline, which is understandable and probably resulted in a more timely manner.

Pros:
The customer service is good. Quick response to emails.

Syncing process was correct then issues occurred. Issues are solved and then reoccurs. The syncing flow gets changed somehow.Shopify API Change - Urgent Need of Integration Update, to be done by the end of March and we were only informed about his on the10th of March, short notice.

Comments: I have and had a great experience with APPSeCONNECT and the people.
Pros:
The integration was a seamless and fast. Customer service team reactive and helpful in order to solve day to day problems and answer questions.
Cons:
Although daily reports are provided, more in depth on time reporting regarding errors/failures would be helpful, but from what I've heard it is in the works.

A manageable product to connect ERP-system data to new website
Comments: Using the AppsEconnect we are saving time from manually handling data between our website and our ERP system. Our customers are experiencing shorter lead time and they now have access to updated data about our products.
Pros:
I like the most that data to/from our ERP-system and our new website now are connected. When the product is running as it should, it is seamless and easy to use.
Cons:
I am experiencing that features sometimes don't work, and sync time can be too long.
AppseConnect from Woocommerce to Dynamics
Comments: Overall a great experience but improvements in self-configuration of simple field updates or logic changes would be a welcome relief so that we can eliminate some of the burden from their team to perform simple MACs.
Pros:
We felt that overall, the product delivered the expectation of synchronising a lot of customised requirements for our client. This includes the Woocommerce and Dynamics 365 shipment tracking plugin and supporting Australian specific requirements there. The ability to implement a 2-site to 1-crm solution where we need to look at centralising purchases from multiple sites was a challenge, but not attainable easily from other vendors.
Cons:
Mean time to market was slow. Some of these delays were self-incurred but until recently, getting action from the team was hard. Recently however, we've found a stronger support base to get tweaks over the line and overall we're much happier than we were last year with the project momentum.

Comments: Working with APPSeCONNECT has been one of the greatest learning experiences of my career. I have personally gained an entirely new skillset from this collaboration and I have learned so much from working with their extremely knowledgeable team. Our businesses operations will run much more smoothly as a result of implementing this software. Our employees will get to use their time on higher-level projects instead of spending many hours manually writing orders and adding customers and updating inventory across two platforms. APPSeCONNECT has an incredible team who have been there to help with issues around the clock all throughout this journey. APPSe developers truly did an excellent job of building trust and developing professional relationships with us that allowed us to have confidence that this extremely complicated project would be well worth it in the end. It's been quite the journey but it has proved itself to be incredibly beneficial for everyone involved.
Pros:
This software reduces the amount of grunt work that employees have to do by an extraordinary amount. With the auto import/export connection with our Business Management System and Website, we are able to save hours of time and money on employees manually writing orders up, updating inventory, and putting customers in from online orders. This software is exactly the solution that our businesses were seeking. It's easy to use [once you get the hang of it] and it requires little upkeep.
Cons:
It is extremely complicated software so implementing it has been a challenge for all involved. It takes a while to get everything operational and because of it's complexity, there is some difficulty in making sure everything is properly transmitting across platforms. Thankfully the team at APPSe is great at problem solving and keeping communication open so that problems get rectified quickly.
Reliable and easy to use synchronisation between Magento and SAP B1
Comments: With developers that were very familiar with the systems we were syncing between, it was very easy to discuss scope issues with the team. Insync the company behind APPSeCONNECT seems to be run very well with responsible teams and team leaders. We would always be able to get a response within a few hours and we were always notified ahead of time of any unavailability of the team that were working on our project.
Pros:
After coming from a B1if custom solution that was hard to maintain and optimise, APPSeCONNECT looks to be a very reliable alternative. After spending time getting the touch points we needed right, the functionality is reliable and data syncs quickly between our Magento and SAP B1 systems. The choice of manual and auto sync with the ability to control the interval between syncs is a nice feature that is built right into the GUI.
Cons:
We would have liked to have been able to customize the Sync Panel a bit more. In the age of widescreen monitors, resizeable windows and forms would have made APPSeCONNECT that much more amazing. With the detailed information provided by the touchpoints, it would make sense to be able to make the user interface bigger so you can see all the information easier.
Great application
Comments: Overall a great experience, knowledgeable support team, and very flexible application that can hold very complex requirements.
Pros:
We use APPSeCONNECT for about 3 years. It connects Magento and SAP. Due to complexity of our requirements and many touch points there were some challenges in implementation stage, but they were successfully resolved. During these years we’ve seen a huge improvement in application and dedicate teamwork of the customer support. Very easy to use and monitor dataflow.
Cons:
Some issues resolution was delayed due to significantly different time zone but APPSeCONNECT now extended support hours to accommodate US time zone.

Comments: "A Perfect Integration Partner" We found APPSeCONNECT as a very convenient and reliable partner. We solved our problems with the help of their customized integration solutions for SAGE-SHOPIFY. Support and response from their team is prompt and they try to solve the problems in every stage of the project. The technical team help a lot in solving the problems and make the integration process smooth.
Pros:
We use APPSeCONNECT to pass data from our ERP SAGE to our e-commerce website powered by Shopify. APPSeCONNECT seams to be a very convenient and easy to use integration solution. Real time inventory, Customer Sync, Order Update are working seamlessly for our webstore without data replication or errors.
Cons:
Sync panel can be more interactive and can have the option to customize as per the client operations / devices using.
