Working with Alkimi

Comments: Working with Alkimi is great. Making Rota, payroll, clocking in and out.

Pros:

Love everything about Alkimi. You can access it from anywhere.

Cons:

There is nothing at the moment I don't like.

Cant duplicate Supervisor box?

Comments: Good- not only rotas there is a quick & easy to use reporting system for incidents at work plus quick messaging system for personal or team chsts.

Pros:

Simple & easy to use rota system. Can quickly access on both computer & personal mobile.

Cons:

I am unable to replicate Supervisor shifts for all my night team without having to go into each individual shift and tick the Supervisor box. I cannot preload a Supervisor ticked shift into my saved shifts or drag a Supervisor ticked shift along a run of consecutive days. Makes completing rota's quite time consuming & otherwise spolis what is a quick and easy to use application.

Avoid . Seems to suit organisation only not individual users

Comments: Poor . Miscalculated 10 hrs in the first week I used it.

Pros:

Very unhelpful . Unwilling to engage with user as user didn’t have a contract with them.

Cons:

Not an organisation I would trust - see above

Great System and Amazing Staff

Comments: Overall Alkimii has been the best decision for the company they are so helpful , So user friendly to use , and has everything you will need , Checklist, HR , Revenue etc . Can run a really good business and see day to day results.

Pros:

Customer service response rate is so fast and staff are always accommodating. Nothing is ever a hassle from them they are super helpful.

Cons:

Honestly be lying if i added something in this box. Alkimii have always been super helpful and anything i would find as a con would be due to something i would be personally looking for report wise but yet again Alkimii has came back and been able to build for me ;-)

easy and efficient

Comments: easy , great , practical , efficient and amazing

Pros:

Its the most easy and practical system to use for Hotel workers

Cons:

i dont like the log in as you have to sign in into your phone before and in some hotels we dont have coverage on mobile so you have to find a wifi connection

Alkimii People for people

Comments: Overall, Alkimii People is a useful tool, though there is room for improvement in system speed and usability.

Pros:

Alkimii People has a user-friendly interface and makes managing operational tasks simple and efficient.

Cons:

Some features are not very intuitive, and the system can sometimes be slow to respond

Love it - best platform for people management

Comments: Love it. The best platform I’ve ever used, and it’s constantly evolving to suit my business needs.

Pros:

User friendly and adaptable plus any issues I encounter the support team is very accommodating and helpful.

Cons:

Monthly forecast and roster, the screens are weekly only so have to jump between to enter data and rosters.

Comments: Brilliant - So helpful and knowledgeable.

Pros:

Their response time. So quick in reply to my queries.

Cons:

Nothing - They are so helpful and insightful.

Comments: the app is a woderful tool for work and very user friendly

the absolute best to manage teams! makes your life so much easier in the work place

some updates were a bit hard to get used to

Comments: Dealing with Alkimii overall is very enjoyable. If i have any issue whatsoever they guys are always at hand to help and support with anything i am having trouble with

Pros:

Alkimii is an overall go to product which we use to run our hotel from an employment point of view. I use alkimii daily for many things such as wages, hours clocked, forecast, actuals, budget etc etc

Cons:

to be picky when inputting the monthly forecast you cant use the arrows you need to use mouse and copy and paste

Alkimii Feedback

Comments: Makes my job easier and payroll forecasting and planning

Pros:

Communication and support.Group chats. Feedback. Rostering

Cons:

Availability for staff not being able to book as unavailable day and always as requested day off

Fantastic tool for staff, Managers and HR Managers

Pros:

Always upgrading the system Take feedback seriously and work on them to deliver customer demands Fast and efficient support team

Cons:

Sometimes, too many new features are out at one time and it gets ignored or forgotten.

Excellent & Evolving System

Comments: Generally excellent and give good, reliable information as and when required.

Pros:

Comprehensive time management system with good reporting and support. Provides detailed and accurate information to allow us to control out biggest cost - Payroll.

Cons:

Whilst much modernization of the system has been undertaken in recent months, there are still some original operating methods that now need updating.

Great tool to help maintain or grow business finances, schedule events, etc.

Comments: So far, it was fantastic, no real complaints.

Pros:

Booking time off, keeping an eye on newsletters, clocking in and out and ease of sending contracts.

Cons:

If not updated, doesn't work at all. That's my only complaint

Comments: Great experience. Cannot work without it

Ease of use Real time information that you can react to and adjust your rosters etc

Cons:

Think it can possible do more with development

Comments: Alkimii has helped to streamline the HR process while giving our staff a user friendly platform to view rosters, communicate and request days off.

Pros:

I love the fact that we no longer have to print lengthy induction packs, all documents can be issued and signed online.

Cons:

I find the holiday entitlement accrual difficult to understand for the employees

Great all in one system

Comments: Very happy with the system, I do promote it to other businesses

Pros:

Relaly useful tool to track team, forecast payroll and revenues. HR duties and tracking compliance

Cons:

Some movement between weeks of rotas could be made easier

Efficient App

Comments: Any time i send an email, i get answered in no time which is great.

Pros:

It is very simple, efficient and effective.

Cons:

Honestly this is not about them but any time i am transferred between stores, my account log is gets messy.

Alkimii - A One for all solution

Pros:

Contracts sending and acknowledgments is very easy and efficient in a way.

Cons:

Reports can be better. Employees due for probation reviews must be automatically sent to emails of the HR team for follow-up with GMs and HODs. It can be set as an email notification every week until it's completed.

Easy to use intuitive system

Comments: I have been using this system for 9 years there have been many upgrades over this time, the team led by [sensitive content hidden] are excellent and always on hand to support

Pros:

everything you need for your people on one system

Cons:

There are no cons as far as I am concerned with the Alkimii system

Comments: Only positive so nothing to mention. Development is going in the right direction to support business like ours.

Pros:

Support and accessibility. Great tool for all level users

Cons:

None. All festures are beneficial so nothign to mention

Excellent Cutsomer service

Pros:

The customer service is always excellent, any of my queries whether a quick question or a bigger issue are resolved quickly and reliably.

Cons:

It would be great if there was a reminder button on the "awaiting responses" packs to send to employees but otherwise I'm happy to work with Alkimii on a daily basis.

Alkimii User

Comments: I really like the new interface for mobile, very user friendly

Pros:

I love the rostering and forecasting functions - it breaks it down and make it easier to manager payroll costs per department

Cons:

the integration with other systems does not seem to be available - like with Opera maintenance

Comments: need to keep going back to select the dates when forecasting/ imputing rosters, would be easier of we can have an option of monthly view to forecast better/ faster and more effectively
