> **Pros**: Ease of use for our hiring managers to review resumes, evaluate candidates, and move candidates through the interview and offer stages. Also, there are reminder notifications that we very much appreciate. Finally, Ashby offers excellent reports and dashboard templates that can be very helpful in different types of metrics.

> **Cons**: I'm not sure there's anything we don't like about Ashby. If we have to say something, maybe the customer support response sometimes takes too long, but they do respond within a reasonable time.

> We've been using Ashby for almost 2 years now, and we absolutely love it. Since we started using it, so many things have changed: Ashby has added a ton of new features, and they're constantly growing and improving. The prices are still great compared to other similar ATS platforms. Their interface is incredibly user-friendly. It was very easy to implement, and it supports integrations with a lot of the apps we use on a daily basis, such as Hireflix, ZInc, etc. Even though they don't have live chat support, their email support is really helpful.
