Good Remote Support Tool

Comments: It has been kind of OK experience with it.

Pros:

LogMeIn Rescue is one of the must have software if remotely connecting to computers is part of your things. Haven't deployed it from Scratch, but as far as using it to Support Customers is concerned, I think it is one of the easiest software to use.

Cons:

Nothing that I really dislike about the software.

Comments: It allows us to connect to all our customers servers, we know what the details of the servers are and when they were last online

Pros:

This product is one of the best remote support tools on the market, it just works every time, We have been using it for years and it is an excellent product.

Cons:

More flexible pricing possibly yet pricing is reasonable

LogMe In- Awesome Remote access

Comments: LMI is a wonderful, easy to use product.

Pros:

LogMe in gives me the ability to connect to the agency endpoint with little error remotely.

Cons:

LMI can be costly depending on the licensing you are looking for.

Pros:

I like log me in as it allows me to remotely check on our Pharmacy Workflow remotely. As a pharmacy owner, I am mostly out of the office and having a remote access to our pharmacy systems helps a lot.

Cons:

Sometimes, it has some lags and it can take a long time to work.

Good product but pricing is badly managed

Comments: I guided my customers to use this software and we manage with it during few years but pricing is badly incresed and so there is no need to stay with Logmein as others competitors price is more interesting now

Pros:

Really simple to use. That was, for me, a perfect software during few years and make a so good job for IT support. Perfectly support of dual screen.

Cons:

no easy to deploy as, unfortunaly, not as used as TeamViewer - so need to guide customers to download software.pricing begining at 0 then make big increase every years (I stopped use after 3 years of rise that make it pass to free version to more expensive that challenger...)

Comments: Having the access to remote endpoints has become a normal thing for systems administration. LogMeIn (GotoMyPC) did the job well with all stability of its features. If GotoMyPC were not that expensive, I could have stayed with them and not shifted to another application.

Pros:

As the systems administrator, I like that the application is stable and easy to install and deploy to my endpoints. It doesn't consume much resource and is ready whenever I need to do remote work to my users.

Cons:

The price is really a show stopper for me. This is the main reason why I started looking for alternatives which led me to move to another application

Great application but support lacking

Comments: Great for the many years we used it but ultimately Splashtop provides better product all around

Pros:

It was a great tool to manage clients computer and network.

Cons:

Support was not US based like Splashtop and prices increased over the years until it made no sense. Also only 3 endpoint controls and limited change ups

Was great, now not so much

Comments: It was a great product. it did everything we wanted and nothing more for years, but then the price increased 300%, so we were forced to leave the service.

Pros:

It's a simple program which initially worked very well for us in the early days

Cons:

It became exceptionally expensive, outweighing its functions/features. We were forced to move.

Great Product A Bit Price

Comments: Overall LogMeIn is an outstanding product. Everything I needed it to do was very impressive.

Pros:

All of the features that I used with LogMeIn worked very well. Logging in remotely worked flawlessly.

Cons:

After shopping around I realized that the cost of LogMeIn was quite expensive.

LogMeIn has a habit of taking good products and ruining them

Pros:

It works as a remote access product. That's the only thing I can say good about the product.

Cons:

The cost alone should drive you away from this product. Use RemotePC, Google Remote Desktop or one of the many other products out there. They don't charge you an arm and a leg for something as basic as remote access. LogMeIn's pricing model is predatory and unfair to say the least.

LogMeIn Central is a great product

Comments: The overall experience with LogMeIn is great,

Pros:

The dashboard that shows all installed and active devices, and just a click to jump to the device.

Cons:

The only issue is the bugginess of the way using administrative permissions, UAC delay and sometimes out right not being visible.

Pros:

The implementation was seamless. Customer service and support was very attentive throughout the entire process.

Cons:

LogMeIn integrates into our helpdesk system which is a huge plus. Because of this, there isn't anything that it's missing for our needs.

An exceptional software for great professionals, inaccessible for Professionals with little workload

Comments: While I have used this software, the truth is that I have not had any problems. It is appreciated when I have to work with a company and I am surprised that they use some of the new LogMeIn applications (now it is GoTo).The work becomes agile, without latencies and I must emphasize that working with Central, in the background, saves me many hours of night work.

Pros:

For many years, it has been a benchmark in the field of assistance or remote control. Reliable, secure connections and with a surprising evolution that makes it perhaps the best software in its category. Being able to work in the background with Central, incredible!

Cons:

In the past we all worked with LogMeIn, it seemed like the only option, good price and a really free version for individuals who did not require much use, even for technicians with few cases where they needed remote access. It has become a multitude of different applications, with many versions and, unfortunately, available only to people or companies with a high workload, it is difficult to amortize for a small company.

Logmein Remote Control Software

Pros:

Works great fore remote control and pushing updates to servers.

Cons:

Price is quite expensive compared to other products. The connection to the servers can be quite slow at times where other products seem to connect much quicker.

Best way to get help when you need it .

Comments: Wonderful, i'm able to gain support and hand over the reins to them when i don't know what to do.

Pros:

I like that i can grant access to support to help me adjust transactions i otherwise might not be able to fix.

Cons:

I wish there weren't as many prompts to connect but it is what it is and provides security.

Comments: O logmein tem me ajudado bastante em relação a prestação de serviços aos meus clientes. Tudo é feito de forma rápida e eficiente, além de segura e o cliente se sentir seguro também. Posso dizer que é uma ferramenta facilitadora no quesito acesso remoto.

Pros:

O produto é fácil de usar, implantar e tem uma ótima interação com os usuários. Atende perfeitamente as necessidades de acesso no dia a dia de suporte remoto. já recomendei a diversos clientes e muitos se habituaram a ele.

Cons:

nada a declarar, pois o software atende a demanda.

Ottima suite per l'assistenza remota, molto completa e con una versatilità soddisfacente. Consigliata per le grandi realtà

Cons:

Purtroppo il rapporto qualità prezzo non è buonissimo e l'obbligo di acquisto di blocchi di 25 licenze lo fa rientrare in una fascia di programmi per l'assistenza remota solo per grosse realtà e non per il piccolo utente
