Comments: We were looking to replace our present entry level SaaS WMS that we found inflexible.
We looked at 5 different 3PL oriented WMS systems that were in the "affordable" price range and involved our staff in the selection/recommendation process. Our super-users and supervisors found Logimax scored the highest in all of the categories that were the most important to us. It was deployed quickly and lived up to what the references said about it. We are happy with our decision and have found Logimax helps us run our business more profitable and solve our day to day 3PL customer challenges faster.

Pros: Easy to use - designed intuitively - we can use temporary labor on the system
Flexible - my customers have different requirements, Logimax can mange that.
Easy to add new customers and add our complex rating structures
Inventory control
Good support

Cons: I wish they had a west coast support office - I'm told they are cross training someone at their sister company in California
