Pros:

I searched high and low and spoke to all of the payroll software providers and Octopaye are by far the best, easy to use and we are very happy and we wouldn’t change providers.

Cons:

You can’t click “back” you have to re do the work.

The best payroll system I've ever used!

Comments: I have thouroughly enjoyed the process of being onboard with Octopaye and would have no hesitation in highly recommending them to any payroll team.

Pros:

Octopaye is so easy to set up and so easy to use. Its fast, responsive and has helped streamline our entire payroll process. The support given by the team at Octopaye is second to none and its an absolute pleasure working with them.

Cons:

The only element we need in of Octopaye that hasn't been fully developed yet is the ability to produce KID documents but that will be available in the future.

Good Software - Gets the job done and done well!

Pros:

The CRM and timesheet management is done well, this makes managing processes easier. it also assists in compliance, for the price it is a well thought out piece of software

Cons:

The interface is a little clunky - but I have been assured that this is being sorted, but they are currently working on streaming the software to make it work faster, so happy to live with it for now

Comments: Both myself and the team find it a really good system with the added bonus of lots of support from the Octopaye team

Pros:

We use the portal which has a link from our website which is great for clients

Cons:

We were unable to roll back a payroll however this has been developed now so is a feature!

To Octopaye or not to Octopaye? That is the question. (Definitely to Octopaye!)

Comments: Overall I have always had a great experience with Octopaye, and I would not hesitated to recommend the software.

Pros:

The payroll process in Octopaye is seamless and very user friendly, but should a rare issue occur you can always rely on their customer service team, they are second to none.

Cons:

The ability to hold an approved timesheet would be a useful feature for us.

Comments: Great experience with great staff that are always on hand to assist and help make running payroll even easier.

Pros:

User friendly and extremely efficient, would highly recommend to any company needing umbrella payroll software. Octopaye are always listen to feedback and update their system to make the user experience even better

Cons:

There are some functionality issues, however these are always dealt with or added to the ever evolving updates.

Octopaye is THE No 1 payroll software for all businesses

Comments: The biggest benefit is the time saved which is probably 50%. This means we can spend more time on sales and growing the business. The Zendesk is a massive plus because we can ask questions all day and we know someone will take great care of us.

Pros:

We thought that integration would be an issue moving from a manual software package but the team at Octopaye sorted all of this out for us and were always there for any issues early on with the live zendesk.

Cons:

No issues at all the software is a big step up for us

A simple switch worth making !

Pros:

The ease of moving through the payroll stages. From start to finish Octopaye make the hassle of payroll a dream. Once you've uploaded your payroll if you need to make any amendments its a simple task where other systems can be quite labour intense.

Cons:

The function to add more than one line of data into an example payslip. Only being able to post 20 pensions contributions at a time, (this may be a pension provider issue)

Would be good for the platform to have an international capability so we could use it across our global business dealings.

Comments: It has been a pleasure working with them. Continuous support, simple system to use.

Pros:

The biggest benefit for me is the ease of uploading bulk candidates, batch timesheets etc. Saves me so much time and alleviates the margin of error. Easy to navigate and great people on hand to assist there and then.

Cons:

No nothing i can think of at the moment.

Payroll

Pros:

It is much quicker at processing payroll files each week and pulling the banking batches

Cons:

Sometimes can be two many steps to get to the end result.
