Beyonk - Great Customer Support

Comments: My overall experience with Beyonk has been very positive. The simplicity of the product, both on the front end and the back end, stands out, avoiding the bloat of previous systems we’ve used. The customer support is exceptional and highly responsive. While there are ongoing improvements and new features being added, any queries I have had have been quickly resolved. Although some features present in other systems may take time to be implemented, I am confident in the company’s growth and development trajectory.

Pros:

I appreciated the simplicity of Beyonk, both on the front end and the back end. Unlike previous systems we have used, it is not bloated. Additionally, the customer support is outstanding and highly responsive.

Cons:

To date, I haven’t encountered many issues. Any queries I’ve had have been promptly addressed. While there is an active roadmap for improvements and features, which is commendable, it means that some features available in other systems may take time to implement. However, I am comfortable waiting as the company continues to grow.

Better than Eventbrite for our small museum

Comments: The simplicity of the interface is an important factor for whether or not we enjoy working with a solution on the back end. Language and menus are easily understandable, and reports are easier to locate and understand than other products we have used.

Pros:

I find it much easier to use than Eventbrite in the way of setting up events, creating various tickets, etc., along with lower rates for the service. Customer service feels personalized, and staff are very open to suggestions for product improvement. It doesn't feel like I'm dealing with a huge corporation.

Cons:

The product is still being developed, and a Beyonk app has not yet been released (although staff says it's on the way).

Pros:

The software is easy to learn how to use and quite easy to use.

Cons:

the fact that it doesn't inform you when a customer hasn't received a confirmation email.

Hi Alfie, and sorry to hear you're having problems not knowing if customers haven't received emails. In developing the Beyonk technology, we have taken a lot of care to ensure our booking confirmations have a very high success rate. In some cases, however, where customers may have a very rigorous filter on their emails which sends them to spam, there's very little we - or any other booking software - can do about that, nor would anyone be able to tell if that has happened. On occasions when the customer might make a mistake on their email address, we can activate a double verification process on your account to eradicate that, and we will be in touch with you directly about that. I hope this latter solution will help rectify the problem, and as ever we're happy to help with any other issue you may have. All the best, The Beyonk Team.

Great For Small Farms That Do Agritourism

Comments: Great experience so far. The system is very user-friendly and the customer service is outstanding.

Pros:

Sampson and Ella have been great to work with. Both are very responsive and knowledgeable. Problems have been handled promptly. They also provide great suggestions for improvements.

Cons:

Taxes might be a little tricky to isolate and track.

Fantastic first experience working with Beyonk

Comments: Fantastic overall experience...our first event with them was a trial to see how we got on but they have exceeded expectations and if we can iron out the functionality we require (and they keep to fair fees) then I think its a relationship that will blossom!

Pros:

The Beyonk team are extremely friendly and down to earth. They listened to our requirements and went out of their way to ensure that these were met. They prioritised new features that would help us, and always listen and take on board feedback. The ticketing system is easy to use and the support team are fantastic when there are any enquiries to be made.

Cons:

Some features that we require arn't currently available. In comparison to other ticketing providers there are limited reports.

SImplyAlpaca goes Beyonk!

Comments: Beyonk fulfil the same booking platform as out previous product but in a much simpler and cheaper way.

Pros:

As a non-techy person, being able to upload and edit my experiences, workshops and events simply and easily. My web designer was able to upload the portal to my website quickly and easily without having to refer back to Beyonk technical support. I like that the payment partnership with Stripe is so transparent.

Cons:

Not found any issues as yet, other than requesting. new experience category to be dded that more accurately described my offering.

Comments: Sanctum of Horror's experience with Beyonk has been beyond exceptional. From the initial correspondence through email, various virtual meetings, and continued support from the amazing Team at Beyonk, the business decision to migrate to Beyonk as a Ticket Agent was the smartest and easiest decision. Every member of the Beyonk Team is amazing, the system they have built is superior to similar products in the industry while staying extremely humble and providing outstanding customer service.

Pros:

The quickest answer is everything. From the 1:1 customer service, and amazing interface, to the easiest setup\intergration I've had the pleasure of using, it's top notch and the entire Beyonk Team should be very proud of what they've built.

Cons:

To date, there are no cons to being a part of Beyonk.

Best booking software I have come across so far

Comments: It has increased booking sales by being very easy to use on the consumer end. I spend a lot less time on the phone organising bookings as customers can do it all themselves.

Pros:

Beyond was easy to set up and use for both my hire and tuition offers.I have struggled in the past to find a system that allows me to use one pool of resources for multiple experiences and I would only be able to allocate half of my products to either hire or tuition to avoid over selling.Beyonk offered this and the cost is passed on to the customer so It has been a very inexpensive and easy solution to my problem.The technology grows every year and there are always great updates to keep on top of what the user needs.

Cons:

The scheduling page looks very cluttered. I have a lot of products to hire for different durations and each product is displayed individually. It would be good if this could somehow be condensed so when adding in a manual sale I just click on the day I want, and enter in the relevant information here instead of trying to hover over the right product and time slot.

Comments: Beyonk has been fantastic for us to meet the changing booking style of our customers. Having the online system means our customers can book anytime of the day or night as opposed to just between 9pm and 6pm. It has reduced the number of calls we received and allowed us to focus on other aspects of the business. It allows our customers to see our schedule months ahead and book and pay in advance. There have been a couple of occasions where there have been system updates taking place when we have been using the system which has caused the system to be slow our end which has been difficult during our peak operating period, the summer, but over all the system has been a positive experience. We have been very impressed with the customer support and would like to thank [sensitive content hidden] and [sensitive content hidden] for their help and support with set up, and [sensitive content hidden] and the whole team for their continued support.

Pros:

The system is easy to use from the back end, and we have had feedback from our customers that they find the system easy to use from the front end. The customer service is also great, we have always found the Beyonk team contactable and quick to help.

Cons:

It is great (and vital) for us that we can add bookings from the back end, manually, however when adding a booking manually the system does not recognise a resource is used. It is only when bookings are made from the front end (an online booking) that a resource is recognised as being used it would be great if the system could recognise the use of a resource when a manual booking is made.

Comments: Great People! Such an amazing team, always so helpful and always solve the problem ....they always go the extra mile and find the issues and solve them for me...cant fault them.

Pros:

I think the website is a good design. The booking system is pretty easy for customers. The tie up with Stripe is slick. It all works

Cons:

I really don't like the product scheduling at all it just seems really odd to me and very hit and miss if its going to work. It would be great if it was a bit more precise. Its probably me but I just really dont get the design or mechanic for how you do it. If it was easier to use I would add more detail to my product such as changing start times more frequently as the days get longer as we go from Winter to summer etc. I dare not as i` just dont feel its user friendly enough to spend the time doing it.

Perfect for Activity Centres

Comments: Very easy and enjoyable process. [SENSITIVE CONTENT] is brilliant, we had a few zoom calls to discuss what we needed and how our company works and how Beyonk could work for us, he answered all of my endless questions. Helped me set everything up and got it all running on our website. Fantastic customer service plus Beyonk is so endearing due to the no big set up fee/yearly fees so saves a lot of money. Software looks fab on our website and we can add experiences whenever we want. We also have Gift Vouchers set up which has proven popular as well. Really happy, thank you Louis and all the team at Beyonk.

Pros:

Very easy to use, love how you can go on the diary and shut off a timeslot, a certain activity, a full day or even a period of time like we have done for the Christmas period. You can add activities whenever you like, also like the gift voucher

Cons:

It takes a while to add all the activities as we are a multi activity centre but it is worth it and the software on our website looks fab

Highly recommend Beyonk for managing your bookings

Pros:

Beyonk's software has saved me huge amounts of time administering my bookings, and well as help me bring an increased level of organisation to my business. Customers no doubt appreciate an easy-to-use booking solution. I have used Beyonk for a couple of years now, and have witnessed the platform grow, work out problems, as well as continuously introduce new, useful features.

Cons:

Nothing I particularly dislike! Have made various recommendations, which is other users share my thoughts, may be implemented in the future.

Pleased we switched to beyonk

Pros:

Switching to beyonk has made the admin side of creating tickets/events bookable on our website so much easier and user friendly. The support you receive from the team is exceptional

Cons:

The reporting features in my opinion could do with some changes to make it more useful to us as a business. However beyonk are always looking to improve and happy to look at suggestions

Amazing Product and Customer Service

Pros:

Beyonk is a really simple and user friendly product. Our demographic is mostly elderly people who in the past have struggled to book online. Beyonk's product is so easy to use which has resulted in less booking issues for our customers. It is also great from an administrative side, really easy to amend customer bookings, answer enquiries, scan tickets, add events/block availability and integrating to our website was simple. Any time I have needed help with anything, a member of the team has been in contact with me nearly instantly and all problems have been resolved instantly. It really is an all round amazing product.

Cons:

There is nothing I would change currently.

Pros:

Beyonk is an easy to use system with an array of features that assist in the promotion of events, clear results and they have a great customer service team, who we've relied on when queries have arisen. I am excited to see the new features they develop in the future and we look forward to continuing to work together.

Cons:

I appreciate that Beyonk is still developing, so some features such as the limited control over discount codes is an issue for us in the future.

Brilliant new online booking system

Comments: Beyonk has provided us with dynamic booking software allowing us to easily control our availability and our bookings. Special thanks must go to [SENSITIVE CONTENT] who was our initial contact and helped us every step of the way. [SENSITIVE CONTENT] after sales support has been exceptional too. Thank you.

Pros:

The Beyonk booking software is very easy to use for our visitors and a real improvement on our old booking system. We have seen an increase in online sales with the user friendly interface. For our staff members it is easy and straight forward to use both in terms of adding / amending our sailing times and also in being able to easily view bookings for the day / month ahead.

Cons:

We can't really fault the Beyonk booking software. The initial integration was complicated as we had a lot of forward bookings on our old booking system but the staff were incredibly helpful and made this a seamless process and it all ran incredible smoothly.

Comments: Beyonk have enabled me to take online bookings so i can plan my catering and staffing much more efficiently. I wanted an experience that would not be expensive for my customer but would provide them with the best possible service.

Pros:

Beyonk is easy for both my customer to use and for me, as a business owner to use. The integration into my website was seamless and the help and guidance provided by [sensitive content hidden] is second to none. It is easy to amend and create multiple events quickly.

Cons:

I do not like that is shows how many tickets are available to book. A colour code system would be preferable so my customer can see which slots are almost sold out but dont know exact numbers.

Game Changer..

Comments: As someone who is not very PC, I found the help I received from Beyonk staff first class and I wish I had found out about them years ago.

Pros:

As a cemetery tour guide, for many years before I had the Beyonk software installed, I relied on travelling to Belfast City Cemetery or Milltown Cemetery in the hope that someone would show up for my walking tour. Not now I don't! With a click of a couple of buttons on Beyonk, I can see bookings online and can plan daily,weekly or monthly events in advance. It's a complete Game Changer..

Cons:

As a tour guide, I always seek critical feedback, but I'm struggling to find anything negative to say about Beyonk.......It really is 5 Star.
