Brilliant community building app

Comments: Great customer service, fantastic, passionate team of developers who are constantly developing new features to benefit the customers. Would highly recommend.

Pros:

We use Ugenie as our members portal and find it really easy to use, upload all the files and videos too and the members directory is really helpful to have too. It's easily integrated into your business.

Cons:

None at present, I feel that the team at Ugenie are always developing and bringing in new features which in turn means that there's very little to not like about the software.

Comments: We are really enjoying the benefits our own community brings. Ugenie has simplified and reduced the work in running training programmes and making the content available for our course participants - they only need to go to one place. We no longer have to send mailings to them or remind them of key dates - it is all there in Ugenie for them. Their learning and development experience has also been greatly enhanced by the collaboration and connection they build between themselves enabled by Ugenie.

Pros:

Ugenie provides us with an intuitive platform that enables us to provide our course participants with an experience tailored for them and away from the noise of other social media sites. We are able to curate great material and know that our Tribe can find what they need and not lose themselves or be distracted in the process of doing so. We also love that they can easily connect and communicate with one another and provide mutual support. We also love the high level of technical support and development and the number of new features being released on a regular basis.

Cons:

What did I least like....very difficult to answer. Whenever I have encountered any issues then they have been fixed straight away. If I encounter any features that appear missing then I discover they are on the development list with a planned release date in the near future.

Comments: Really nice way to streamline community building and have everything you need in one place!

Pros:

Easy to use and understand. Calendar feature was very helpful as well as being able to upload class materials and have everything in one place (especially for a course like this where you are trying to manage multiple people, classes, materials and logistics usually across multiple platforms like Google Docs, Calendar and Whatsapp!).

Cons:

To be honest, I think this was the perfect tool to organise the cohort, it was just a matter of adoption and getting people used to logging into the app to access the materials. I think when you give people an alternative option (eg. Whatsapp) or something they are familiar with (which we did unfortunately!), then they will take the more familiar route...

Ugenie is useful for any kind of membership management

With Ugenie we can organize the different kind of memberships to our services within a huge number of customer base.

Cons:

Ugenie should have more flexible, pay asyou go based subscription plans in their pricing.

Really great app to manage your membership

Comments: They are incredible to work with. So efficient and responsive and are aiming to provide you with what you need and are always evolving the business.

Pros:

How easy it is to use and very fast. If you upload anything it is so fast.

Cons:

I couldn't take payments or input into my website

Innovative Private Network Software

Comments: Ugenie let's us share meaningful, relevant and curated content with all our employees. It means that staff can check in to the App whenever they have free time. It is radically reducing the emails that we have to send out so our staff can concentrate on business/client-related emails (and not face extra emails with work-related training content etc).

Pros:

Ugenie is super easy to set-up, deploy and then operate as a private social media network.

Cons:

There is nothing to not like about Ugenie.

Headache saved

Pros:

Brilliant app, such a lifesaver. I was worried about the process being the founder of a business and not technical. I didn't need to worry. The whole process was so easy and the aftercare is second to none.

Cons:

I don't dislike anything. It's honestly brilliant.
