Comments: Account managers are very friendly, understanding and helpful.

Pros:

Their adaptiveness, and response to requests.

Cons:

There seems to be many manufacturers in the database, but none that we use. We sell MS International (MSI), Viking, Fusion (CORETec), Nova, Carbon Core, Somerset, Mullican, Lauzon; it would be great to be able to have floor samples available from these manufacturers.

Amazing visualization software!

Comments: We are so happy with our overall experience. They take into account our suggestions and ask our opinions for new updates and features. I did not know the software could keep improving the way it does!

Pros:

Dealing with the Floori Team has been as great as the software itself. Very nice people to work with and a great tool to use. We are very happy with the level of service they provide

Best Visualizer On The Market

Comments: Rug Love was proud to be the first rug store in the UK to implement Floori, and it has truly been a game-changer for our business. It’s hands down the best tool on the market. The support we’ve received has been outstanding, especially from [sensitive content hidden], who consistently goes above and beyond to assist us. Now in our fourth year with Floori, we consider them an essential part of our success and growth.

Cons:

None. Best in class. We moved from Roomvo, which by by comparison is a far inferior product, no AR feature and a much more expensive pay per SKU subscription. Floori also has a portal to manage all data.

Comments: I am very happy with the product and would recommend it to others. I have been using it for a few months now, and I have not had any problems with it. The product is well-made, and I am confident that it will last for a long time. I would also like to add that the customer service is excellent. I had a question about the product, and I was able to get a quick and helpful response from the company.

Pros:

One of the things I immediately appreciated about Floori was its user-friendly design. Even without experience with design software, I found the interface intuitive and easy to navigate. I was able to create impressive visualizations in a surprisingly short amount of time. What stood out was how realistic the renderings looked – the lighting, textures, and overall quality were exceptional. Floori also offered a good level of customization, allowing me to tailor the designs to my specific needs and preferences. The product is customer-friendly and the customer success is responsive to customer feedback.

Cons:

However, while the visualization quality was impressive. Having a wider range of options would enhance the creative possibilities. Additionally, while generally smooth, I occasionally encountered minor glitches or delays within the software, which could disrupt the workflow at times.

Useful tool

Comments: Floori is a very useful tool and any issues I've run into Valentina has helped me very quickly and to the best of her ability.

Pros:

My favourite part of floori is the ease of use, from using the portal to customer use. It’s so straight forward and simple!

Cons:

I wish there was an easier way to get the images from the scanner onto the portal, it seems to be a very long process, from scanning, importing them onto your computer, cropping the images to size, resizing them to be able to be uploaded to the portal, sometimes having to edit images together. If you have multiple products to scan and upload, it can be a timely process for one person.

I really appreciate the ease of use of the platform and the independence it provides for users to make changes and add things when necessary. Additionally, the excellent support team is always available to assist.

Cons:

We have no complaints about Floori. The only issue we encountered during our contract was quickly resolved.

My clients love the ability to see what their floors would look like prior to the work being done. They can make their decisions and choose the options that they want. I have sold many jobs because of this software

I had some issues with the setting up the products in the backend whcih meant I had to add products multiple times which took a lot of extra time.

Floori is the best AR visualizer in the industry

Comments: 10/10 The best visualizer on the market and we checked them all out prior.

Pros:

The AR function is without a doubt the best feature, Which gives it a clear edge over competitors like Roomvo which we moved away from due to lack of AR and a customer portal. The self-service portal is brilliant for easy onboarding when you have a very large catalog.

Cons:

The AR function whilst brilliant does not have the best UX or user-friendly design on mobile, Our customers often miss and do not take advantage of the AR function, when on mobile and given 70% of traffic is mobile it is important as they are not getting the full AR experience.

Comments: It was really good. From the proposal to execution it was really hands-on and precise. I really appreciate all the people we have interacted with especially to [sensitive content hidden] who helped me setting up the flakes and colours on the back end. She really saved me there.

Pros:

Easy to navigate and access on the back end. Very usual in terms of visualisation.

Cons:

I guess the price, we really spent alot but looking at a different perspective, it's annual cost so it's not the bad.

Visualization Software for Floors and Counters

Comments: One of the best things about working with Floori is how responsive they have been when we requested new features and functionality. While the Floori software is primarily designed to be used with flooring, Floori has worked with us to bring this visualization software to our countertop offerings as well.

Pros:

Floori does what it is designed to do (product visualization) very well. In fact, we were able to get the tool to work with countertop visualizations as well as floors, which was a huge plus for us. The backend of the Floori software is quite intuitive and easy to find your way around.

Cons:

Actually implementing the software on our site was a bit of challenge. We had to manually create buttons/links to instantiate Floori through an iFrame. I would like to see a more "plug and play" implementation to get the Floori functionality implemented on the website.

Floori is a very handy tool.

Comments: Floori is a handy tool we reach for often when courting a client or customer in their buying decisions. Helping them realize the finished install with this technology has been simple and effective every time.

Pros:

When guiding a customer in their decision process, we can empower them to project our hardwood flooring right into their living space. The technology to trim around furniture is pretty impressive, making for a very convincing mock-up!

Cons:

Bulk edits for information, as it becomes tedious if you have a long list of SKUs. More default room scenes for all categories.

Comments: The app is very good. I just think that the team takes a long time to turn the photos into blocks for use in the app.

Pros:

The app is user friendly. Images obtained are very good.

Cons:

The difficulty of getting the rug in right position in the room and the fact that there is no option to download the image obtained. The user has to make a print-screen.
