Comments: Business problems which I've solved with Zoho Bookings are as such:- 1) Online Booking Management System ( sharing links for different events with our leads and Customers without goint to our calendars and manually typing in all the details, a true time savior for us). 2) Sending timely remiders for the upcoming bookings to the attendees was really a challengin task which had been solved with the help of Zoho Bookings. 3) No Conflict in any event ( third party integration with our Google Calendar was easy). The main benefits which I have realized;- 1) No Manual work for creating events in calendar and converting times while working with International clients.

Pros:

Impactful features of Zoho Bookings are as such:- 1) Booking Management 2) Calendar Management 3) Calendar Sync 4) Timely reminders about the bookings to the attendee as well as the Invitee 5) No Conflict in any event 6) Integration with third party calendars and tools through Zoho Flow, Zapier etc. 7) Inexpensive 8) Easy to embed in websited, Funnels, email etc. Zoho booking is easy to use, at first when I started my work on it, it seemed little diffcult but just in few hours it was like very easy to me. Integration with my existing business was not easy , as at that time when it was launched we faced some issues while integrating it with the current business but we have figured it out and it worked well for us.

Cons:

Features which I want to be in Zoho Bookings which is missing - Routing Forms ( as seen in Calendly) Routing leads or attendess to the right team based on the answers and qualify them even before the actual meeting. It was overall not that difficult to use Zoho Bookings but it can be made more easy by little tweaks as their compeition "Calendly". Intergration with the existig business was quite challenging but we have fuigured out our way to solve that.

Pros:

It came with my Zoho One subscription, which in itself was a cheaper alternative to the usual booking tools other coaches use. It was easy to setup and has tons of customization options, from availability to reminder/confirmation emails and the look and feel of the booking form.

Cons:

The iOS app doesn't do everything you can do on the website, but meets most of the basic needs to manage bookings.

Great Step Forward, but Huge Leaps Backwards

Comments: I'm really frustrated. I've had 3 sessions with Customer Support, but even they admit that the suggestion I make to them for improvement fall on deaf ears when submitted to the programmers. Come on guys! This, like many other Zoho program modules is so close to being great! But it seems to be far from it!!!

Pros:

Just to have a Booking Program that will somewhat function with Zoho CRM (which must get all of the R&D Money) is a plus.

Cons:

It's great that there is some syncing between Bookings and CRM, but it is lacking in so many ways. Sync only works from the CRM to Bookings. I can't find a single way to book something in Bookings and have it fully sync with the CRM. It is a hot mess that needs so much work to be brilliant.

Comments: We have had a very good expereince with Zoho Bookings. We use it almost daily in our business.

Pros:

The flexibilty to design your booking page and the information it captures. Also that it seemlessly integrates with the other Zoho products.

Cons:

I would like more options in the themes and color schemes.

Comments: I really like ZOHO. It is like it was set up with me and my business in mind. I have not had a bad experiance at all. 100 percent for sure.

Pros:

I really like the ease of use. I enjoy the lay out of the application. My associates really enjoy the booking program as well.

Cons:

Just managing the set up. BUT once set up, it was and is great.

Improve my quality when doing scheduling.

Comments: Endless back-and-forth emails and phone calls no longer exist for scheduling thanks to Zoho Bookings. It has saved me time, made no-shows so much easier as I can simply free up the slot, and it has made it really simple for clients to book sessions when they want.

Pros:

Managing appointments and client meetings has been so much easier with Zoho Bookings. Setting my availability, creating booking pages and automated reminders are super easy. The connection with Zoho CRM and other apps is a great plus, making my whole process easier.

Cons:

Mobile app works, but it's could be more user friendly and bring as much functionality as desktop.

Comments: Basically,we use it to book appointments with our clients easing connecting them to place of work.

Pros:

Simplicity in booking appointments for our customers and consultancy. Appointment reminder and updates via pop-up notifications and SMSs. Real time events scheduling and rescheduling. Calendar syncing.

Cons:

So far nothing to complain since it has simplified our recruiting tasks.

Our bookings experience

Pros:

The ease of creating different types of appointments with different scheduling settings.

Cons:

There are 2 improvements I wish could be made: 1. We cannot see the history of emails that are sent to people who schedule. We can view the template but it would be great if we could see emails and their received status as we do in CRM. 2. Most of our meetings are through web conferences (GOTO meetings) I have created an in-person location to ensure the dial in data is sent as part of the calendar appointment but then when added to the scheduler's calendar, the goto meeting access link cannot be clicked on. I would like to see an option for virtual or web meetings that can be added to the calendar.

I love Zoho but bookings needs work

Comments: 6 out of 10. It lacks a few critical features.

Pros:

It's a Zoho app and that makes it convenient for me.

Cons:

The bookings don't always automatically place the zoho meeting link in the meeting invite causing confusion and extra work to manually add it. It would also be great if I could accept or decline meetings booked by users before the meeting goes onto my calendar.

Comments: Brilliant! It really helps us to organise new recruit interviews but it offers options for consultants to charge for appointments while booking so has a lot of more functionality for other types of businesses too.

Pros:

So easy to set up, set staff availability, customise booking process, invite attendees then manage appointments and get reminders! It is a very smooth process and our interviewees comment how professional our interview booking process is!

Cons:

Nothing. This software is simple, effective and reliable.

Pros:

It works so well I don't need to hardly lift a finger to have client and prospect meetings show up on my calendar, including an easy web meeting link to join

Cons:

None that I can think of, but once in a while the sync between Google Calendar and Zoho Bookings no longer works, so we just need to resync.

Comments: You can't use it without being at least computer savvy, so this isn't good. Google, as bad as they are today, tamed the computersphere with a blank box in the middle of a white page. Easy to use is what people want.

Pros:

It works and is stable. It integrates very well across the Zoho platform.

Cons:

It just hasn't matured yet to be "user friendly". There is too much focus on having all the bells and whistles vs., more important, easy to use basics. Zoho, for me, has a reputation of hurrying product out the door before it is ready to be in the public. This is a very bad practice and lacks maturity in leadership, lack of producing what the customer wants vs. what the management wants. There is a disconnection is what I'm trying to point out, a disconnection between management and the end user.

Comments: My overall experience has been positive. The platform is user friendly and very easy to book and manage your meetings. No training required at all.

Pros:

Zoho Bookings is easy to use tool for your meetings. The interface is user friendly and customizable and can be easiliy integrated with other Zoho Products. Its quite easy to manage appointments, meetings, etc. You can simply share the link with the client and they can select the slot and duration as per predefined schedule set by you.

Cons:

I personally don't find any down factor about Zoho Bookings.

Comments: Just plain great! Yet another puzzle that connects directly with the rest of them.

Pros:

It works! Easy to connect the different modules. Love the ability to personalize the URL

Cons:

Not a thing comes to mind. As with everything Zoho, you need to connect to the modules you are using it with, such as calendars, but that's a Pro in my book

Pros:

The best part about zoho bookings is that we are able to schedule meetings with creating any clashing events in the team

Sometime when an event is created the calander of the person does not gets blocked sometimes it creates a bit of a problem

Comments: Easy to deploy, simple solution overall but a positive experience.

Pros:

Very easy to use, free plan available, integrates with Google Calendar, and does what it promises to do.

Cons:

Nothing specific to dislike, I think the tool is mainly designed for venues/physical businesses which is not the case for me, but still works great.

If you use Zoho CRM or Zoho One it's a no brainer

Comments: On the whole it works very well. There are things they could do to make it easier for the end user, but you can come up with workarounds.

Pros:

Easy to integrate with all the other Zoho apps, especially online meetings and CRM.Great for teams as you can set different times for different consultants etc.

Cons:

Can't set an order the different appointment types appear.The website widget could be better, but a minor detail.Doesn't bring attention to the end user which consultant the appointment is being made with. This can lead to an appointment being made with the wrong person.

Pros:

I like the cost and the feature set. Seems that the product is just as good as Calendly, but a little cumbersome to set up.

Cons:

I would like all staff and managers who are involved in a service have the ability to adjust their OWN hours without me having to make them an admin. Seems like an easy fix. Also, would be good if there was less cost for licenses for those who are staff/managers vs admins.
