Always referred Thrive for many reasons!

Comments: Incredible, I have recommended them to many a company and its brilliant value for money for the on hand assistance you receive. Huge thanks especially to [sensitive content hidden].

Pros:

Local tech company who under the employee/employer needs for the app. I have worked with Thrive throughout my career and they are continuously developing the app based on feedback from the users. They are always on hand to be creative alongside companies also. For example, they created our walk round checks for vehicles, meaning the process was seamless for over 200 drivers.

Cons:

We would just like a filter system on active and archived users in order to ensure our exit process is effectively completed.

User friendly with lots of on hand support

Comments: The team are always quick to respond and happy to help and we havent seen any major technical issues with the app which is exactly what we need

Pros:

The app is very easy for us to use as admins, but it is also very easy for users to navigate and find what they are looking for

Cons:

I would like to see more user functionality and suggestions introduced, however, to be fair to Thrive we have seen a few introductions this year that have been helpful for us

App for colleague engagement and communication

Pros:

We use the 'News' section of the app most frequently, to allow our care home colleagues to share stories and activities from their homes. We also use the colleague recognition feature so colleagues can say thank you to each other.

Cons:

The product is quite limiting in what it can offer and is still catching up with some standard features you'd expect from an app, such as search and files storage.

Comments: Excellent. Fab app & fab support team behind the app.

Pros:

Great facility to communicate, engage, give recognition & use to reward employees.Great support services from Thrive team.Lots of great ideas for use from Thrive team.Easy CMS system to use as an administrator.Great system for running various reports on users, likes, comments, favourite posts etc.Options available to further develop your company app with Thrive.Easy user access & functionality.

Cons:

There are no features or functions that I dislike about Thrive.

Comments: It was an excellent service, I would recommend, they are willing to explore outside their comfort zone.

Pros:

Staff support was excellent, they took the time to understand our needs and created a product for us.

Cons:

As a charity we have to consider cost on an ongoing basis.

Comments: overall, we haven't had any major issues with the app, our employee feedback has been all positive and we continue to grow and utilise the platform in as many ways as possible.

Pros:

personally i love the accessibility of the app, we use it for a number of things daily.. but mostly we utilise the company noticeboard, latest news and employee recognition features

Cons:

there can sometimes be issues with surveys and questionnaires
