It's highly responsive, you can swiftly move tasks across lists and it performs really well with lots of information on one board. The AI catches most of the detail, preserves the original email and marks up dates. I love the views - tabular, calendar and general kanban. Extremely useful for different case uses. I love the automations, allowing me to renew weekly/monthly tasks where I can set the target dates to recur in a week, one month etc. I also love the calendar subscription mode allowing me to populate my diary/calendar with task and objectives. However I think it's devastating in it's simplicity and with add ons you could make it do the truly challenging stuff.
